WHAT ARE THEY?

In these workshops we have a limited number of around 15 participants, who learn the practical skills of making cheese and other dairy products.

The workshops are suitable for the complete novice.

No prior knowledge is assumed and participants learn in the Witches Chase Factory using equipment that you would find in your own home.

WHO RUNS THE WORKSHOPS?

Carol Willman who is a qualified and experienced cheesemaker, instructor and author.

She has been involved in the education of small scale cheesemakers throughout Australia over the past 17 years.

During this time Carole has conducted more than 500 Home Cheesemaking Workshops covering all states of Australia.

Neil is a senior lecturer in Cheesemaking at Gilbert Chandler College and leading consultant to the Cheese Industry.

In 1993 along with husband Neil, wrote and published Australia's most popular Cheesemaking book HOME CHEESEMAKING!
