Cost?
All classes are $125 unless otherwise stated.

Class duration?
Allow 4.5 hours or so for our day and night classes.

Our day classes start at 9.30am and finish after you've had lunch which is usually 1.30pm-2.00pm.

Evening classes start at 4.30pm and finish after dinner around 8.30pm-9.00pm.

Bookings?
Go to the events calendar – clicking on the name of each class shows you the recipes and will take you to the booking page.

You can pay by credit card or use a gift voucher.

What do I need to bring?
Everything is provided for you to use during the class.

Because you will be handling knives and hot liquids it is essential that you please wear closed-in shoes.

Is lunch or dinner included?
Lunch or dinner is included from the recipes prepared during the class.

Tours

Mudgeeraba Spices has been in operation since 1993 and we pride ourselves on producing an original and authentic range of products that is an Australian Made, Real, Authentic, Gluten Free, Taste of India.

Recently we renovated our premises the "The Windmill" located at the above address is a landmark in the Gold Coast Hinterland and has now been transformed into a showroom for our products featuring home wares and gifts from that region.

We offer to large groups cooking demonstrations in an outdoor undercover area at the back of the premises surrounded by the gardens.

Inside there is:

       Spices to see and smell

       Information on the origins and history of spices

       Product information and manufacturing practices

       Grinding machines and traditional tandoori oven

       Traditional Indian home wares and gifts

       Tastings of our curries, pickles, chutneys and dips

       Also on offer tea, coffee, and refreshments for sale

We have a few packages available for those interested in bring tour groups through please contact me with your enquiry and we can provide you with information on our tour packages.
